Length 9" and Waist 18-24" - While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 16" and fully stretched measures 24".

This double-layered skirt is made with chiffon and is trimmed with lace (instead of chiffon) at the bottom of each tier. Each Pettiskirt also features an adjustable, covered waistband allowing you to make the skirt smaller.
